OPEN HOUSE:

Our Open House and Registration will be on Sunday, April 13th at the Chestnut Forks’ Main Clubhouse.

3:00-6:00 PM – Swim Team Registration
The Registration fee of $135 for first two swimmers (additional children $100/each). Registration includes a CFSC swim cap, a team T-shirt, ribbons, end-of-season awards, and excellent coaching!
Regular registration will run from April 13th – May 23rd.
Late registration starts on May 24th at $155 which does not guarantee a swim cap or team t-shirt. There will be No Refunds after May 28th. Please register early!

SWIM TEAM REGISTRATION:

We are NOT using a google doc this year for swim team registration. You’ll need to complete the demographic section on our Club Automation system for EACH swimmer registering for the team. The swimmer’s shirt size, years of experience, correct date of birth, and if a returning swimmer, what group they swam in last season. ALL swim team members must be members of the swim club (Tri-County Rule), registration for the swim club must be done and paid before registration for team can be completed. Both pool membership and the swim-team registration will need to be paid for at the main clubhouse or online. All new members of Chestnut Forks will need to register in person at the club.

TEAM SUITS:

The team suits we used prior to the 2024 season have been discontinued. If the suit still fits, you are allowed to continue utilizing that suit.

We once again have a team store on SwimOutlet.com. Below you’ll find the link to our team store with this year’s team suit! There are two options available for both boys (jammer or brief) and girls (wide or thin strap). **Volunteering:

Our swim team will continue using signupgenius.com to sign up for volunteer positions. It is essential to have one person from each swimmer’s family work at least ½ of EVERY meet. We will email you a few days prior to the meet for signups. Starting this season, a $200 fee will be charged at the end of the season for those who do not fulfill their volunteer commitment. We understand that some families may have extenuating circumstances that prevent them from volunteering. If this applies to you, please reach out to us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. Open communication is key, and we are happy to work with you. More information about our volunteer policy will be communicated the first week of practice and during our Parent Meeting on June 3^rd.

SPIRIT WEAR:

We were able to get our spirit wear store up and running early this year! Spirit wear is different from the team shirt that’s included in your registration cost. Spirit wear is typically one of our biggest fundraisers of the season. We utilize this fundraising money towards popsicle night, end of season gifts for the coaches, or any other extra costs for the fun stuff we have during the season. Below is a link to our store. You can order now, and all items will be available to pick-up at our Mock Meet on June 7^th. Let’s show our BLUE MARLIN spirit this year and help the team raise some money!
