Dear Chestnut Forks, Blue Marlins Families,
Chestnut Forks Swim Club would like to invite new and returning swimmers to join us for another fun-filled summer swim season, once again led by our Head Coach, Bobby Lerch.
At Chestnut Forks, our coaching philosophy focuses on developing proper stroke technique, helping swimmers reach their full potential, and teaching effective racing strategies while building team pride and having fun.
REGISTRATION
Our Open House and Swim Team Registration will be held:
Sunday, April 12, 2026
Chestnut Forks Main Clubhouse
3:00–6:00 PM
Registration fees:
● $140 per swimmer for the first two swimmers
● Additional swimmers: $100 each
Registration includes a CFSC swim cap, team T-shirt, ribbons, end-of-season awards, and excellent coaching.
Registration timeline:
● Regular Registration: March 15 – May 22
● Late Registration: Beginning May 26 (swim cap and T-shirt not guaranteed)
● No refunds after May 29
Please register early to ensure your swimmer receives team gear.
SWIM TEAM REGISTRATION
We will be using a Google Form this year for swim team registration. A form must be completed for each swimmer.
Please note:
● Families must have an active Chestnut Forks pool membership before registering for the swim team.
● Pool membership and swim team fees must be paid at the main clubhouse.
● All new Chestnut Forks members must register in person at the club.
TEAM SUITS & SPIRITWEAR
We have created a team store on Swim Outlet where you can purchase this year’s team suit and spirit wear.
The printed suit is the official team suit. If your swimmer’s size is unavailable, the black suit listed in the team store may be purchased instead. Spirit wear will also be available through the team store and shipped directly to your home.
The store is live now for purchasing team suits, we hope to have spirit wear live by our Open House!

VOLUNTEERING
Our swim team will continue using Signup Genius to organize volunteer positions for meets. To ensure meets run smoothly, each swimmer’s family must volunteer for at least half of every swim meet. Signups will be emailed a few days before each meet.
Additional details about volunteering will be shared during the first week of practice and at our Parent Meeting on June 2.
FIRST-TIME FAMILIES WELCOME
New to the swim team? We welcome first-time swimmers and families. Our coaches and experienced team families are happy to help guide you through how summer swim works—from practices to swim meets. The Blue Marlins program helps swimmers improve skills, build confidence, and have fun as
part of a team.
