Personal Training and Small Group Training
Personal training will help you achieve your fitness goals faster, enhance your sports game, and rejuvenate your workouts.
Small Group Training makes fitness affordable and fun, while providing accountability, encouragement, education, and social support.
Our Active Adult Program is designed for adults 50+ and for those new or just returning to exercise. These classes are offered as part of your club membership. Active Adult classes are held on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at 11:00 AM.
