Personal Training and Small Group Training
Personal training will help you achieve your fitness goals faster, enhance your sports game and rejuvenate your workouts.
Small Group Training makes fitness affordable and fun, while providing accountable, encouragement, education and social support.
Our LifeLines Active Adult Program is designed for adults 50+ and those new or just returning to exercise. If you are 65 or over, a discounted monthly class fee is charged for this special program. Active Adult classes are held on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 11:00 AM.
